Return and Refund Policy

Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Period: Clients must provide written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
Rescheduling: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Refunds

Eligibility: Payments beyond the deposit may be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Event Modifications

Any changes to event details (e.g., location, time, duration) must be communicated in writing at least 7 days in advance.
Modifications are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or unforeseen emergencies.
In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule the service.
